• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

777 joy bonus offers are provided under specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager (bet) 10 times the bonus amount.
• You have 30 days to meet the wagering requirements.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds can be used to place bets at minimum odds of 1.5 or higher across any market.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account termination.
• 777 Joy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 777 Joy. They are designed to ensure fair and transparent betting for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled or suspended.
• If an event is cancelled, all bet stakes will be fully refunded.
• Live betting odds may change after a match has started.
• If a bet is voided due to a system error, 777 joy will review the case and make a final decision.
• Any bet placed using match-fixing or insider information will be voided along with any associated winnings.
• 777 Joy reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777 joy platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

777 Joy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity are detected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• The user requests account closure themselves.

Users can also request account closure at any time through our support team. Submitting a self-exclusion request will deactivate the account for a specified period.

09 Limitation of Liability

Placing bets or playing casino games on the 777 joy platform is entirely your personal decision. 777 joy bears no liability for any financial losses incurred.

• 777 Joy is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• 777 Joy is not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment services.
• 777 joy's total liability shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in any given case.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support team first. We typically resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter may be escalated to our licensing authority. These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming laws.
